Challenge history needed for steering
Description
I don’t know, from the 150 challenges that we did within SiR, how they did it/how they got there, what impact they made. And, they probably all did it in a different way. I want to be able to control this / steer and nudge it in certain directions during the Cohort (Hessel).
Insight
Leads need comparable challenge histories to steer cohorts and improve program direction.
