Description
Across interviews, a consistent pain point emerges: people do not know who to approach when starting a new collaboration. They do not know who has the right expertise, who has worked on similar topics, or who is active in their domain. This information is invisible — locked in personal networks. Interviewees report having to speak to many people before finding the right person. Facilitators and participants also report that outcomes and connections from past projects are lost because nobody can see who was involved or what happened. Speed and simplicity in finding the right person or information are consistently cited as critical requirements.
