Description
Facilitators often cannot identify who to start with when launching a multi-stakeholder collaboration. They do not know who has the right expertise, who has worked on similar topics before, or who is even active in the domain. This information is invisible — locked in personal networks and individual memories. This is primarily a discoverability problem: facilitators cannot see who is relevant in the first place. As a result, facilitators struggle to connect people with relevant expertise to collaboration opportunities.
