Description
Portfolio owners managing multiple collaborations cannot see progress or impact in a unified way. Each initiative reports differently, on different cadences, using different metrics. There is no central place to track what is happening across the portfolio, measure collective impact, or understand performance against ecosystem goals. Additionally, cross-learning and best practice sharing between initiatives is ad-hoc at best, and lessons learned disappear into emails and documents.
