Job Statement
When I have a topic I want to work on or expertise I want to share, I want to see who else is active in this domain — their location, sector, skills, and past involvement — so I can find the right people to collaborate with without needing to know the right intermediary.
Context
A collaboration does not start with an idea and a set of willing partners. It starts with people who have a topic and people who have expertise — but these two groups cannot find each other. The information about who is doing what, where, and with whom is invisible, locked in personal networks and individual memories.
Desired Outcome
A visual ecosystem overview where I can filter by location, sector, skills, and role to immediately see the relevant circle of people, reach out directly, or ask a question to the group.
