When collaborating across organizations, I want to communicate with stakeholders at different scopes (initiative-wide, topic-specific, one-on-one), so I can have the right conversation in the right context without information getting lost.
Context
Cross-organizational collaborations involve many forms of communication: broad discussions, quick questions within a team, direct messages, and topic-specific threads. Without structured communication channels, conversations happen in email, WhatsApp, or get lost entirely.
Desired Outcome
Each communication has a clear scope and context, and participants can easily find past discussions relevant to their work.
