Context
The space between organizations is a no-man’s-land — no organization owns it, no organization’s tools govern it. Each party brings their own systems, leading to fragmented communication, duplicated documents, and unclear accountability. The collaboration needs its own space.
Desired Outcome
A shared space that belongs to the collaboration itself — not to any single organization — where all parties see the current state, who is responsible for what, and what needs attention.
