Personas describe the people Alkemio is built for. The model uses an archetype/instance pattern:
- Archetypes — Reusable role templates (e.g. Facilitator, Portfolio Owner, Contributor)
- Instances — Segment-specific personas that extend archetypes with context, quotes, and research links
